The Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering at UNC and NC State University is seeking passionate educators experienced in biomedical design to help prepare students to identify and engineer innovative solutions for evolving healthcare needs. This is a non-tenure track, Teaching Assistant/Associate Professor role that will be responsible for leading vertically-integrated biomedical engineering design teams through the design process using hands-on studio, classroom, and clinical experiences. Expectations will also include working with the JBME design faculty and administration to disseminate and implement novel design pedagogy.
