2020 Annual Conference

The Biomedical Engineering Division (BED) of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE) looks forward to seeing you virtually at the 2020 Annual Conference and Exposition, which will take place online from June 22-26, 2020, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

For authors, here is a FAQ for BED authors and the ASEE2020 Virtual Conference Author’s User’s Guide.

A summary of BED sessions is below. You can see additional details of BED events at the ASEE Online Session Locator. The live technical sessions will consist of brief overviews from the authors and extended time for questions. There are no poster sessions, and the Work In Progress papers will be presented during designated technical sessions. For all technical sessions, you can view the authors’ narrated presentation either before, during, or after the conference.

Other BED events, such as the Business Meeting and the Division Awards Virtual Social (it’s “BYOD — Bring Your Own Dinner” this year), will still occur virtually! Using the links above, we encourage you to sign up for these events so that we know you are coming (note that you must sign into your ASEE account to do this).
