We are proposing updates to the Biomedical Engineering Division By-Laws. See the edited version here. We will vote to approve these at the BED Business Meeting at the conference in Montreal on June 24th from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Thank you to the BED members who worked on the ad-hoc committee to make these changes: Drs. Cassie Jamison, Cameron Kim, Christine King, and Mostafa Elsaadany! Some key changes to the By-laws:

- Voting by fax is no longer an option.
- Voting in elections can be done by written or electronic ballot by members who are physically or virtually present at the Business meetings.
- Delegates to P-12, Interdivisional Town Hall, and the Commission on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are now included, with terms of 2 years.
- Some friendly edits for grammar and clarity.
- The officer position of Secretary/Webmaster is being changed to Secretary.
