The Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of New Mexico invites applications for the position of Department Chair. We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and visionary leader who can guide the department to a higher level of excellence. The successful candidate is expected to develop and implement a strategic vision for the department that fosters innovation and growth in both research and education, aligning with the plans of School and University. The Chair will be required to lead the department with transparency, collegiality, and a dedicated commitment to diversity.
