The Department of Curriculum & Instruction at Texas Tech University is seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Professor in STEM Education – focus in Engineering Education. Specific required qualifications are:
1. A Ph.D. in the fields of: STEM education, Engineering education, or Curriculum & Instruction with a STEM and/or engineering emphasis before the position’s start date
2. Three or more years of full-time classroom K-12 STEM education and/or Engineering education programs
3. Evidence of an emerging research agenda and scholarly contributions in STEM education and/or engineering education including recent (within the past two years)
4. Evidence in developing and/or participating in partnerships with school districts or non-profits and/or service with community/professional organizations.
