The Grainger College of Engineering at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign is looking for an Assistant Director for its Women in Engineering program. The primary responsibility of this position consists of developing and delivering student-focused programs and services that improve the climate and retention of undergraduate women in The Grainger College of Engineering. This includes collaborating across units in the Undergraduate Programs Office to recruit future Grainger Engineering students as well as support the success of those currently enrolled via curricular and co-curricular offerings.
