We offer technical sessions, workshops, panel discussions, and a poster session at every annual meeting, often in co-sponsorship with other divisions to gain a true interdisciplinary perspective.
Our members pay annual dues to the division. Most of this income is spent on our BME Division awards. This helps to recognize excellence in our division and to promote the development of talented educators through our travel grants. We also maintain a cash balance in our accounts so that on occasion, we can support workshops or special programs related to initiatives in BME education.
