You do not need to be a member of ASEE to attend FYEE or submit a proposal or abstract. However, you do need to create an account by setting up your ASEE profile here.

March 1, 2021: Abstract & workshop submissions open
March 22, 2021: Abstract & workshop submissions deadline
April 5, 2021: Abstract & workshop proposal review deadline
April 7, 2021: Abstract & workshop proposal accept/reject author notification
May 31, 2021: Draft deadline for full papers, WIP, and GIFTS
June 21, 2021: Draft peer review deadline for full papers, WIP, and GIFTS
July 5, 2021: Revisions deadline for full papers, WIP, and GIFTS (if necessary)
July 12, 2021: Author registration deadline
July 12, 2021: Final upload deadline for full papers, WIP, GIFTS, and workshops
August 9-10, 2021: Virtual FYEE Conference

**All authors on a paper will be expected to participate in the review process.
