Dear ASEE PSW members and authors,

After much deliberation in response to the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) developments in our state and nation, the PSW Board has decided to postpone the 2020 PSW conference to November 19-21, 2020. This decision was made to prioritize the well-being of conference participants, students, faculty, and staff at the host campus.

The rescheduled PSW conference will still take place at UC, Davis. You will receive additional communication regarding the conference agenda and registration. Authors with accepted papers will automatically be accepted for the Fall conference, and we look forward to their participation.

Registration Refund:  If you already registered for the PSW conference, please contact Colleen Bronner (cebronner@UCDAVIS.EDU) to arrange for a refund. Optionally, you can decide to roll over the registration to the Fall.

If you have any questions about how the schedule change affects the paper publication or presentation, please contact the Program Chairs,  Colleen Bronner (cebronner@UCDAVIS.EDU) or David Lanning (lannind@erau.edu).

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,

Jane Dong
