Post-Doctoral Fellow responsibilities include:
- Participating in ISTLD activities, including the facilitation and administration of ISTLD-sponsored events and working on ISTLD-based research and evaluation activities.

- Graduate-level work in Education or in teaching and learning of a particular discipline.
- Experience conducting program evaluation.
- Experience supporting faculty in the systematic investigation of their teaching.
- Experience developing instructional materials and/or technologies.

The Post-Doctoral Fellow will report to the Director of the Institute for the Study of Teaching and Learning in the Disciplines, Dr. Cheryl Amundsen.
