ASEE’S 2020 ANNUAL CONFERENCE TO MOVE ONLINE
The 2020 ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition, previously scheduled for Montreal, Canada, will now be an online experience only. The physical on-site conference is cancelled and our intent is to have a dedicated, interactive, virtual experience. We will still present papers and we will still publish a conference proceedings. Details of how the conference will work will be forthcoming
TYCD Model Design Competition Change
As a result of the 2020 ASEE Annual Conference switching to a virtual format, the following changes have been made regarding the TYCD’s ASEE Model Design (robotics) Competition that typically occurs during the ASEE Annual Conference:
- There will be no ASEE Model Design Competition for 2020
- The same rules and track from 2020 competition will be used for the 2021 competition in Long Beach, CA
- The competition is normally limited to freshmen and sophomores. There will be a one-time exemption to allow juniors to compete in 2021 as well so that any sophomores involved this year can still compete.
